Miss America 2011 Teresa Scanlan turns 18 on Feb 6, 2011. Teresa Scanlan and football legend Roger Staubach mark their birthdays at Taste of the NFL. It was a double-birthday celebration at the Taste of the NFL chef and players dinner last night in Dallas. Organizers asked 17-year-old Miss America Teresa Scanlan to help present a surprise birthday cake to football legend Roger Staubach celebrating his 69th birthday.
